The Exhaust Corrugated Tube for Automobile is constructed using high-quality stainless steel SUS201/SUS304. It is comprised of an outer braid, middle double bellows, and an optional inner lined braid, interlock, or no lining. We welcome customization of the diameter, length, structure, logo, drawing, and design to meet your specific requirements.

This tube is designed to be installed between the engine exhaust manifold and the purifier. Its primary function is to absorb a wide range of vibrations, reduce noise, compensate for installation deviation and thermal expansion and contraction. By doing so, it not only extends the lifespan of the exhaust muffler system but also facilitates easy installation.

Utilizing advanced corrugated molding technology, this tube offers excellent flexibility and air tightness. It effectively reduces air pollution, making it an environmentally friendly choice.

The braided inner liner of our flexible pipes ensures laminar flow while retaining flexibility in the coupling itself. Additionally, our flexi pipes are constructed with stainless steel and aluminised ends. For added convenience during installation, our clamp-on flexi pipes come with steel extensions.
